At 121Clones.com, we are committed to providing high-quality 1:1 clone perfumes, fashion, bags, watches, shoes, and clothing to our customers worldwide. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is:

    • Defective,

    • Damaged in transit, or

    • Incorrect (wrong item shipped).

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

    • Perfumes that have been opened or used.

    • Clothing, shoes, or accessories that have been worn, washed, or altered.

    • Items without their original packaging and tags.


2. Return Window
  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


3. Return Process
  1. Contact us at info@121clones.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for return shipping (if applicable).

  3. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging.


4. Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments, so we recommend using trackable shipping.


5. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method via Flutterwave.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (final sale items).


8. International Orders
  • Customers outside our main warehouse region are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

  • These charges are non-refundable even if the order is returned.
